Joe Saunders will file a civil lawsuit on behalf of his client for damages sustained as a result of sexual abuse perpetrated by Monsignor Richard Bowles while he was stationed at Sacred Heart Cathedral in Pensacola. Bowles took the young teen across state lines into Georgia where he was molested. The victim, who is now an adult, will speak about the abuse at the time of the filing of the lawsuit.
